        Really welcoming and friendly place for people who have no experience in martial arts. Can't recommend enough and first class is free so worth trying it out.

        Trained here for about 3 years now and couldnt recommend higher. Wether you want to train as a fighter or just for some self defence and great fitness and most importantly fun then this is the place for you, very friendly environment with skill levels from all ranges from complete novices to international squad members. A home of true martial arts and a haven for all martial artists.
