One of the best decisions I've made in my life , was coming to a free BJJ session. I signed up on the same day without further delay. Magnus is a very kind human being and he will guide you in the whole process with great professionalism and patience. Gracie Barra Horsforth offers you a true community spirit and specially if you're new, you won't be feeling left out. I feel that there is always an atmosphere of trust, respect and camaraderie. I was never a sportive person but here I could instantly feel the benefits not only in my body but in my soul. I'm happier, less stressed and more self confident. I strongly recommend, specially if you feel you're stuck in your life. I'm making new friends, getting fitter and learning a "new language" in my body. "Bora nessa"
