Miserable, rude and unhelpful. Even when youre busy, theres no excuse for such poor behaviours.

Brilliant service every time I enter the branch. The branch manager is polite and friendly and explains everything clearly

Sound blokes work here, night shifts are a bit hectic at the depot, but all in all a good bunch
