Absolutely amazing! Put a referral In yesterday afternoon for a problem within the house, and Ive had a call today saying they are able to come straight out tomorrow to resolve this. I was massively shocked as to how quick they were at responding. Most definitely the best housing association.

I reported a repair of the fence that was destroyed by the storm a year ago in February 2022, now we are in January 2023 and the fence is still not put up, I called several times but in vain, only promises that it will be ready in 2 weeks, in another 2 weeks and I was still delayed, here it will be a year and still nothing. I reported another repair in connection with the gutters of the house because water is flowing like a waterfall on the walls of the house which are wet and mold has started to grow I reported in vain, everything is the same for years, this report about the gutters was also made by my neighbor and still nothing has been fixed, it's really disrespectful on the part of those who are responsible for this. I'm curious how long from now on I will have to wait.
