Booked a van rental online for an office move, turned up, no one there. A mechanic was around and said they didn't have my booking. Used hertz 24x7 rental in the end.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I booked a taxi and it arrive nearly 20 minutes late which meant I missed my train. They were not helpful in the slightest
