Was on the 385 which picked me up at Huddersfield bus station at 3:27. I was eating food from a box, and the bus driver shouted saying do you not know you shouldnt be eating on this bus so I put it away and said okay being respectful, however he was so rude about it. When getting off the bus I said if you dont want me eating on the bus next time then put a sign up because theres only a sign up for smoking . He said you cant smoke, vape, eat or drink on this bus so I said no, theres only a sign up saying you cant smoke. If you dont want me to eat on the bus that is fine I respect that people can make a mess and it can be horrific to clean however you dont need to be rude about it. I believe this bus driver has been running the same bus all day but seriously it doesnt cost anything to be nice, not even nice just dont be rude to customers especially when theyre paying for there service. He was also quite rude to my boyfriend too when he covered the cost of his daily pass by accident. His tone and voice was rude and its not good customer service. The other bus drivers for this company are lovely! So so lovely! One I believe is called Graham however I heard that he had left which is sad because he was always so lovely by smiling and making conversation with all customers. The women too that drive this bus are very nice.
