Shocking taxi hasnt turned up keep ending the call on me whenever I ring them disgraceful service

Journey out good and driver gave me receipt upon request, however return journey driver really bad parked a distance from where I was, saw me with a walking stick and kept saying to me over the mobile "come on I'm here come on!" I requested a receipt and he explained he did not have any cards to issue me one but promised to drop one in that evening on the 11th Oct This he did not do, I rang the office twice with no joy, on the second call I asked to speak to the manager/owner who in all honesty could have ensured I received a receipt but did not offer, he said he could not help me as his driver's were self employed, I pointed out that it was his business I had used so he was responsible, still no help so I told him I woul give the business a bad review His response: We have all of your details and know where you live! Really! Would he have been this way had it been a man? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
