Receptionists dont even ask what it is regarding to see if its urgent, told to go to a hospital. They dont do appointments in advance either. No sense of care.

Used to be the best Surgery bar none. Now you are extremely lucky if you can get an appointment here, it seems it is now just a feeder Surgery for Abbey Fields.

Poor! Can never get an appointment and then made to feel like your wasting their time when you speak to someone!
