Bluebell Surgery

Pathetic GP service . Really disappointed with this GP . Always need to contact them hardly to get an appointment (if were very lucky). All those old staffs (due to their rude behaviors and uncooperative manner) need to get replaced with new generation people Of course Ill give negative points if those were available . Need to look for any other way to raise a big concern about this GP. I kindly suggest all people to do the same.

Male receptionist is rude and never any help, always fobbed off when you call and told you will get a call back and nothing happens. Doctor is great if the receptionist ever books you in. The nurse doesnt even look at you when you walk in, just taps on the computer stands half a mile away if needs to look at you. Never any appointments when you call at 8am and when you finally get in to the surgery, the place is empty and the staff sit around chatting about there day. The bloke completely ignored my mum when she was there, then yelled across the waiting room for her attention not by her name either. Either sack him and the short hair lady or send them on people skills courses.

Trying to get through to reception is virtually impossible. Nobody sounds like they care at all. Doctors you see tend to he nice and caring though.

Fabulous friendly staff, informative and helpful. Lovely GPs professional and careing . The whole team tries their best to get things sorted asap. Parking available and spacious waiting room.

Avoid at all cost the chap behind the desk(the large one)is arrogant.the short haired nurse is just rude and has no sympathy at all but every one else is lovely just these two let the full gp down and you cant even get a appointment got to ring at 8 in the morning and just hope for the best its just a mess
