Waited for ages to even be acknowledged by the young girl serving.... even then she was disinterested. Coffee was warm. Wouldn't mind but I was polite and pleasant.

Really struggled to understand a basic order took ages

Incredibly rude. I dont think Ive ever had such a horrible experience in a cafe. The old woman who runs it is a bully to her staff and her customers.
