What can I say. What a disappointing lunch. Frozen oven chips and tasteless battered cod. The batter was too crunchy. Salt served in a rusty container and the pepper in a carton from Morrisons. As for the peas, see for yourself, WW eat your heart out, NIL point! A chipped glass to drink out of! On the plus side, there's a nice sea view from the seating area. When I gave the manager my feedback she was ready for a fight and said "We are a restaurant not a fish and chip shop!" So if you fancy nice fish and chips from Brighton, DON'T eat here!!! The staff were polite. The manager apologised about the chipped glass and refunded the 2.70 for the water

I havent visited Bella Italia/pasta for over 10 years as my last experience was horrible. Whilst in Brighton my partner suggested we go there for dinner. I was tad hesitant but opted to go. I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere and food was really good. The restaurant was full but we never felt as if we were being rushed to finish our meal. If I visit Brighton again I would definitely go back.

Ate here for the first time recently. Very good service (I guess from the manager on duty) and the food wasn't bad. Very palatable wine too. Good value for money. OK it's not haute cuisine, but worth the experience

We visited this unit on Saturday early evening to find various items not avaliable, sadly was not made aware of this in the early stage of booking only until we tried to place an order at the table. The staff seemed to have there hands tied in knots, unable to really explain why there was a shortage of items from the menu. Poorly present food, items returned to the kitchen, basic food at an over priced venue.

My only reason for wanting to eat here was to see what the igloos are like before trying to get one in the winter either here or in London. After trying to book online, where I confirmed I had read the T&C's - 2 hours limit for your igloo, max of 6 people, min spend of 30 per person if less than 4 people - I could not book for 2 people. I phoned up and was told no, I needed a special link to do this, so clearly looking to discourage couples/small groups. I received 2 e-mails and after checking they were both the same reference< I submitted details for a 545pm booking. We arrived 2 minutes before our booking and were shown to our seats. The serving staff were very friendly and polite. The menu is a bit limited, would be interested to know if this is the normal menu or because of Covid. The food was good, we both had burgers (one meat, one vegan) but nothing to rave about. All was going well until we asked to order desert at 730pm when we were told the 730pm booking had arrived and we would need to go inside. I did politely advise the lady our booking was 545pm so we still had 15 minutes left. She never really responded but walked off and let a server come and take our order. It should be said we left on time. The next day, I received a feedback request from Coppa Club and mentioned the same problem with being asked to leave our seat. The response to that, in my opinion, has just made the situation worse as I was told they had us down for a different time in the system. If that was the case, why did no-one say when we arrived that we were late and advise we would need to leave at the end of our time slot? Also, as this was booked by an automated system that I was sent a link for specially, how did it become a different tie? Poor excuse, clearly human error on the night and still no apology. not sure I will be back any time soon.
