Staff won't answer phone I've just had major surgical and been trying to call to see if my prescription is ready the answer and hang up extremely rude

Thank you to the shorter girl who helped me. The one with the big hair couldn't be bothered to look up from her pad to even acknowledge my question. Simply rude!
