I never leave Google reviews, but the team in shop is super rude every time I go there. No sorry, no thank you, if I ask for help, I get answer that they dont have the item, even after few minutes I find it by myself. This shop is for professionals in beauty industry, I would expect a bit more professionalism and kindness.

Alba has to be fired. Very rude to me and extremely bossy with her colleague. The lady at the till was very lovely instead and made it possible for me to enjoy my visit here, which unprofessional Alba didnt
