        Understaffed, always have a long queue for both non-pharmacy items and OTC items. Staff are rude. Few encounters with one of the staff member who did not speak a single word during payment with me yet greeted the previous and next customer. One encounter with a staff who made judgemental comment when I was obtaining OTC items.
