Waiting to long what is the point of ordering tablets in advance

Turned up on the Friday to pickup medical stuff but the dr's sent the wrong one so phoned up Dr's and asked them to send the right medication. Very helpful, friendly.

Absolutely awful. Always short staffed, never have items in stock, they always shut in the middle of the afternoon and the phone rarely gets answered.
