Absolutely awful. Always short staffed, never have items in stock, they always shut in the middle of the afternoon and the phone rarely gets answered.

Total waste of time never answer the phone to check on your prescription, never have all of prescriptions in , then had to go up four times and still not the right ones the ones issued were from a month ago of which they never gave me the previous times I had been up. Would not recommend this pharmacy it has gone from a good one to a very bad one now.Eventually got through on the phone the person on the other end was very rude and when my wife went to pick up a prescription they were even rude to her. Whoever manages this pharmacy wants to get a grip its a shambles Rude staff. Never the correct medication and manners.

I ordered my prescription medication over a week ago and they didn't order it. My old pharmacy would be able to get it on the same day of the order and they would email/call me to let me know it was there. Here, you just have to guess. The lady suggested that I 'try somewhere else' which is ridiculous considering my GP sends the prescription order to them and for a controlled medication like mine that isn't kept in stock, it'll less than likely that other pharmacies will have it 'just lying around' I will be changing pharmacy after this......

Two prescriptions were issued by the GP on 18 and 21 April 2023 and sent electronically to this pharmacy. Today 2 May 2023 I went to collect the medication, unfortunately, neither of these prescriptions has been processed. One of the medications is always ordered because it is not on the shelf, I understand this but even this pharmacy did not bother to order this medication for me. The lady gave me the prescription and told me to go to another pharmacy, they did not even inform me that they could not process the prescription. Very very unkind and unprofessional service. They have announced that they are ceasing to operate on 28 June 2023, maybe that is why they are no longer ordering the medications and are no longer running as expected. Unfortunately, I will not be using this pharmacy anymore and have changed to another.
