O M Pharmacy

Went into OM pharmacy today to collect my prescriptions, received lovely and inviting service from the new pharmacy owner, Hassan. What was once a very old and run down shop, has suddenly changed into a bright and open space! No doubt, good things are still yet to come. Very attentive and quick service, thank you!

Very poor service - I ordered a prescription and went to pick it up a week later, but was told by the cashier hiding behind a screen that they'd seen my order but not ordered it because I'd been 'late' picking up my previous prescription (I'd waited a week previously). Was then told I should contact the pharmacy when I make an order on NHS App to let them know about the order I'd just filed with them? Very strange, very poor service and I won't be using this pharmacy again.

Ive used this pharmacy for about 20yrs or more very helpful if they dont stock theyll try and get it friendly pleasant

A small but very excellent pharmacy. The staff are very helpful and take time to answer questions and help with medicines especially new prescriptions. Their stock of non-prescription items is limited, it's not Boots where finding the prescription counter can be a challenge, but most over the counter medicines are readily available.
