No queueing quick service great friendly staff

Much better than it used to be as the staff are friendly and actually try to help.

This is for all Tsb branches: one person on the counter - and they dont feel the least bit of compassion for the elderly people in the queue. Appalling service.

Helpful and friendly staff. Expect to queue unless you are happy using machines though.
