        If I have choice I will give them 0 not even 1 star. My experience with Metro bank, never bank with Them. They useless, no customer service, racist and lazy. Even the manager they useless and racist. I already close my metro account yesterday and open different bank account. My new bank is very good and helpful. You can compare straight away. Everyone please stay away from this bank. specifically the metro brand at Basildon. Terrible and I cant believe it.

        My experience with Metro bank, never bank with them. I was blocked for seven months no money at all for three months, I could not pay for anything. I took it to the Ombudsman and Metro bank lost their case. (NO APOLOGY) Disgusting bank.
