        This is for all Tsb branches: one person on the counter - and they dont feel the least bit of compassion for the elderly people in the queue. Appalling service.

        The lady that helped us open the account was personable, friendly and brilliant. This was in August. Since then I have been waiting for an ATM card. I have since been there 4 more times. Still no card. No tracking for the card. No resolution. Just apologies which are frankly beginning to get annoying with no solution in sight.

        I use the atm on a regular basis, on this occasion the amount of money i needed Was not available in the machine not the first time this has happened. It also took my card ,when I went into the branch I explained this to the cashiers behind the counter. I asked if I could get my card back and had proof of Id etc. Well I have never Experienced a more unhelpful bunch of staff as I did at the pitsea branch. They said the card would be destroyed and I had to apply for a new one. When I asked them to at least get the card out and destroy my card yes my card not theres in front of me so I was happy no one else could use it.At no point was I assisted in anyway .They never considered my mental health and didnt seem to care.Obviously they have not Been trained in helping genuine customers that have a problem.I will tell everyone and everybody I know including all my business associates to move there accounts and bank with a more professional banking group.
