The lady who does the actual sight tests here is just the loveliest person ever. Everytime I go she is so friendly and treats you as an individual not a customer

Staff are lovely, very professional, and I felt as though I was in good hands, also they didn't push to sell me anything I didn't need.

Website says open till 3pm. Arrived at 11.45am. Closed! Not good enough.
