        Arrived for my appointment walked in I said Hi do I need a mask the receptionist said WHAT DO YOU WANT* I replied really WHAT DO YOU WANT? I have an appointment at 1.30pm she said no it was 9.30am, I disagreed and said did you confirm my appointment via text or Email she said no do you want to make another appointment I replied no and walked out. you need to get up to date with technology, and staff training. I'm off to Boots opticians now,

        I arrived at The Spectacle Factory Shop on Saturday 29th February 2020 at 2.30pm and the shop was closed. Contrary to the closing time of 3pm stated on the website and Google. It's best to phone the Opticians to find about opening and closing times.
