Excellent physical training for high level musculoskeletal fitness at any age and very welcoming of relatively fit older age participants - in my case 63 years.

A really well equipped space, we are able to watch the gymnasts, on several screens. My daughter loves it. Its a popular club and great facility for Axminster.
