Excellent physical training for high level musculoskeletal fitness at any age and very welcoming of relatively fit older age participants - in my case 63 years.

The classes run by Wes and Claire are fantastic. They are so supportive helpful and friendly. I have been going for many years and their knowledge of how the body works have helped me tremendously.

I cannot recommend Forma highly enough. The classes are not only fun and very friendly, but so varied and flexible that they truly are suitable for all ages and abilities. I joined about 4 years ago and still absolutely love the classes. The lovely environment that Wes, Claire and all the other instructors foster ensure that whatever state of mind you turn up in, you will always feel better afterwards. Great for strength, mobility, flexibility and confidence.

I came across Forma by accident more than 6 years ago - and what a fortunate accident that was - have never looked back! Wes and Claire offer the most informative and inspiring fitness, strength and flexibility classes I have ever had the fortune to attend. We are always learning and having fun with the growing community at Forma, inspiring and supporting each other and celebrating personal accomplishments - it feels so good to feel good! The other instructors (I am now part of the team) love what they do - and are passionate to share in this.
