They dont pick phone even take so long

Waste of time,gave appiontment after 3weeks and the day phone to cancelled it as whole registry staff family died.i ask if they belong to sane family but no. Strange all ... more

I had the very same no help whatsoever something needs done as my situation was desperate I will never ask again for help they couldn't careless about ure situation.

You jus on hold for over 40 minutes...then they disconnected the call. Appalling service
