Doesnt reply to constituents emails and on the rare occasion your email is answered it deflects, patronises and conforms to the usual template answers, palming off, we know better than you attitude ! People need to start voting to make a change, this is not a world you want to bring children into. Currently we have no freedoms and we are being dictated to. What happened to Scotland.

Just a shocking lack of response from this office. Many emails sent, no response. Eventually said the office would call, that was end of last year and still no call. I sent an email asking why no call and surprise - no response. I hope to see a change in the way constituents are dealt with very soon, whether this be a change of government or a change of leader but something needs to change within Scotland and fast !!

I asked and expected her to intervene to stop an unlawful eviction in a womens refuge, in Livingston and in fact, heard nothing , and if bizarrely then received further threats.
