This is the cleanest pub in Oxford with excellent Bitters, Lager and Cider from Samuel Smiths Brewery. The owners are always great and welcoming every time.

People were friendly but did not stay long

18 month old new build low rise 1 and 2 bedroom flats with balconies. Spacious inside with nice view across the Thames.

Must do better to attract more punters make people welcome with chat and conversation. A lot of people like a chat at the bar Food is just OK pub grub.

A little shabby at the moment but we know of someone that has loved living there. Vivid, who manage the site, have been very responsive.
