Lovely campsite-fantastic views. Shower/bathroom facilities super clean. On site shop really good - staff great, added bonus of the lovely friendly dog! Apparently the on site pub was open normal hours we went up at 4pm to be told that the floor was wet and theyd be open at 4.30 which was a shame, so we stayed in our motor home for drinks and a sandwich instead. Really peaceful and quiet.

We previously stayed here in September 2022 and it was top of our list of sites to visit when we returned to Scotland this time. The site is amazing. Shower and toilet block is kept scrupulously clean and was warm. Showers good. My partner, who's in charge of chemical waste, is so pleased with the facilities - own room with hot water and bleach available. Views are wonderful and both visits we've had a pitch on the front overlooking the sea. Lovely walks up into the hills for the dogs. Michelle who runs the shop is amazing and can't do enough for us - jubilee clip, battery when our van's went dead, adjustable spanner!! The pub at the top of the hill is run by the site's owners. We had dinner there one night and were treated to the most amazing langoustines. Had takeaway from there too and the food was just as good. Can't recommend enough.
