its says open at 11 but it's never open before 2 the last year so should change opening times on this site

Great people, lovely staff. Relaxed stays, but do settle carefully in a room that suits you. Do NOT disturb guests near by.

Great local pub, great cider.

I go to the Standard regularly. I enjoy the atmosphere, the people and find the staff extremely friendly. Furthermore, the beer is well kept and prices reasonable.

It's going...which is a shame ,like most pubs over time it had its moments and not..lady behind bar was brilliant..
