We had an amazing time at Cooper's Mill - as other Greene King pubs had been a little hit and miss in recent years. Darrell the manager (I asked a colleague for his name) was very hands on, had amazing customer service and nothing was too much trouble. Having a manager like that is the best asset for any pub! The food was well cooked and my confidence in the the vegan peach tart has been restored (in another GK pub it was burnt and bitter). My only recommendation for Green King head management would be to invest in a separate fryer for non-dairy products so we (vegans) can have onion rings and my favourite rosemary salted chips (rather than oven chips and no onion rings served with the vegan burgers) as both are vegan on the allergen guide. Or perhaps grill the onion rings? Fab cappucino served with soya milk too! Any vegans out there - you will have something to eat and drink and very tasty! Thanks

Suprisingly pretty good ...the shared starter was excellent and also had two specials plus couple of drinks...35 quid all in. Attentive staff...well done Coopers mill
