Hands down, best pub in St Helens

First time in since the big refurbishment. What a difference. Had tea there. The food was lovely and a big helping.would definitely recommend.

Lovely, smart and comfortable bar , with excellent Cask ales, and friendly service. Definitely recommend

Great place to hang out. Cash only place. Karaoke on some nights that go on until 5am! Drinks are reasonable on price. Toilets need a little bit of lift though

4 Ales on. Very quiet. Haven't been in for 3 years so must of been refurbished since my last visit as I hardly recognise the place. Very reasonable priced beer

Guinness 3.95 a pint. No Real Ale on. Pool table has not been in for a couple of months now. No idea if it's coming back or not.

Extremely busy and noisy but our grandchildren had a great time. Food surprisingly good, especially the home cooked chips.

The staff are very welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxing. Ideal for family and friends to enjoy a cold beer or cocktails.

Went here in 2014 some good memories with old friends... plus memories with colleagues from the college. Good all round traditional pub
