The Glass House - JD Wetherspoon

Visited today (30/04), with my partner and Son, around 11am. The food was disappointing. Cold, tiny portion and not cooked to a satisfactory standard whatsoever. The worst part of all was the staff. There was a female wearing a black and animal print t-shirt, whom was swearing (along with another female member of staff that she was with). I personally find that this is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially considering that there were families with children (including my 6 year old Son whom was aware of what was being said as it was said very loud and several times). "I'm sh*t at my job" was just one of the phrases used by said staff - and they continued to laugh and swear. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and equally as disgusting food. Certainly won't be returning. Absolutely shocking.

For the first time ever a meal at weatherspoon was absolutely appalling. I politely drew attention to this and it was even worse . I was treated terribly and the replacement meal was so bad people sat near me felt the need to comment on awful it looked and they wouldn't feed it to their cat !! I will continue my complaint as I was treated badly and the chef showed no effort and sent even worse food than first mess
