Nice and secure development, located near green spaces and quiet corner of St Albans. If you are lucky you can spot some horses and crows and even a fluffy cat.

Poor valuation. Just took the last price a property was sold for on Rightmove. Didnt seem to take into account condition, length of lease or current market conditions.
