I would give 5 stars but that would imply they were perfect and no one is. Our extension was a fairly tricky one as it was a joint extension done at the same time as our neighbour. We both were going up two stories and the council said we had to do it at the same time. If I said the build went without a hitch I'd be fibbing. No build is hassle free. However Tony and his team always dealt with any issues calmly and professionally. I never felt Tony was trying to rip us off - he stuck to his budget. If there was additional work that we wanted done this was charged at a good rate. The work was to a high standard - although having seen his recent projects I think his team is getting better and better!
