Gym has pretty much everything but parking is the only issue, however you can park about 1-3 min away for free it's more the council's fault for charging for parking.

Excellent club, regardless of age or ability. So many inspirational members, who are great role models. Friendly, supportive atmosphere.

Paul is brilliant and the sessions are intense but really enjoyable! Prices are great - I couldnt recommend Injury Free Me enough
