        I started with Paul around 18 month ago and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made! The knowledge paul has and shares with you is second to none. Every exercise/workout is showing and explained down to a T. The support you receive is like no other and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I would 100% recommend Paul to anyone no matter if you have no experience or even if you are well experienced in training/working out! So if your thinking about starting up and sitting on the fence then jump off that fence and drop Paul a message you will not regret it.
