Very unprofessional and unhelpful

Not enough staff and apart from couple of carers lauren and yesmin felt like my mum was forgotten meals were 9 out of 10 times brought to her by myself or brother

Housing warden, are friendly and the staff was helpful . The residents where friendly. Easy for people who uses wheelchairs level floors and lifts. The day room is large. ... more
