        My brother-in-law has dementia and been well looked after for four months now. The staff are extremely caring and helpful. From day one he has been treated like royalty. We know if he is unhappy and he is very happy. Well done to the carers and managers.

        I had a interview at this nursing home last week, I'm glad they said I wasn't successful!!! Admin and manager are rude, Very rude they don't get back to you, I feel sad for the residents that can't speak for themselves, ppl like this shouldn't be running care homes !

        Disgusting care provided resulting in retracting my mother by 999 ambulance due to neglect from Ashbourne. Commissioning team and CQC have inspected due to multiple concerns on behalf of my mother and current residents. Improvements must be ensured to prevent future failings.
