I had problems with my Internet Banking. I visited this Branch and a lady named Courtney was extremely helpful and pleasant. The problem is now resolved.

Bill was really helpful on this, in addition was able to provide me with a better rate as I work for Portsmouth City Council

Staff is so kind to help me even when their machine is broken when I want to pay my bills etc.

I went to the bank this afternoon The old lady cashier and Manger both were proper Idiot They were so rude Ill never use Lloyds again
