I love Lloyds personally and the people are so much better compared to any other banks for all my banking needs! They redid the place from a millenial view.

They did what I wanted them to do which was a basic wire transfer but it was as if it was an inconvenience and the staff member was kind of rude

Shocking service, so slow. Queue's out the door. Over an hour spent in store just to update some details on an account. So glad I don't bank with Barclays anymore.
