Just spoke to Laura on the phone and she was very helpful. Also very good when my husband and I opened a new savings account in June 2016.

Very poor service from HSBC. Staff were fairly helpful in the branch but overall extremely disappointed with a very amateur service.

Very unhelpful, just went today there to upgrade my account, they even didnt try to help Send me away with explanation that i have to do it online I will change them

Staff helpful but always a queue. The bank no longer wants personal service trying to make everything online.

Money safe

Just turned up thinking is closing at 1630...permanently closed

ATM didn't pay some money into my bank. The app chat was awful but I popped into the branch and it was resolved immediately.
