You can't ever get hold of anyone as you can't leave a message. Tried over a week to speak to someone about a clinic yet no luck. Seems they don't want to be contacted!

I think it should be said that this care home is open 24 hours a day for family to visit their relatives , you can just turn up which is great and reassuring !
