Served by Ana who was very helpful and friendly as were all the staff in the store. Bought excellent quality towels as usual, as well as some lovely smellies as a gift.

Why would you not be part of the Kiehl's loyalty scheme when you present yourself as a kiehls store. Had to walk to covent garden to use my voucher

The worst customer service I've ever seen, the guy at the sales is arrogant, he doesn't even greet you, dirty environment with crazy prices. Avoid it
