        Why would you not be part of the Kiehl's loyalty scheme when you present yourself as a kiehls store. Had to walk to covent garden to use my voucher

        Knowledgeable staff and amazing products! I bought the multi corrective moisturiser (again) and turmeric face mask and will be back for more!

        Consultant rude and did not seem to listen to my skin concerns, insisting on getting some products when I said I do not want them

        I haven't got Kielhs in Swindon for that reason, I was happy to be in London and be able to go to the shop, is the first time that I use the products that is why I wanted to try instead of buying online, I went there, the girls didnt seem to know much or very interested in helping, when I was paying, seems like I was being very annoying for the girl on the till when all I asked was for some samples to be able to try different products, she said, I'm going to ask my colleague to help you and she went and did a really bad face about me making sure that I don't see her but my brother could perfectly see. I was looking forward to go to the shop but even in a supermarket spending a few pounds I get better service that in that shop spendings 154 pounds, and by the way, I left with out samples.
