Unify has really helped with Christmas, staff are all helpful and lovely, Leigh branch

Rude staff and I'm just a delivery driver !!!! Had to wait in the line and when I got some attention I walked over and was told to rejoin so I left without delivering

Rude staff on the front at the mobile banking desks, werent helpful at all ended up walking out and calling the call centre instead.

There's usually a long queue in this branch. Although I've not experienced it myself. I've heard staff being rude about customers and talking about them once they leave. ... more
