        Rude staff on the front at the mobile banking desks, werent helpful at all ended up walking out and calling the call centre instead.

        Excellent customer service at Leigh branch. Went in one day this week with a query. Received excellent advice from Bev who dealt with our query. Bev took us into her booth, explained a couple of options and it was sorted within minutes. Walked out very happy thanks Bev.
