Rooms: Small but nice decor. Ensuite a good size and nice style. Noteworthy details: The staff member we dealt with was very helpful and she is a credit to the place.

Rooms: Large, clean and quiet. Food & drinks: Wetherspoons 2 minutes away. Loads of places to eat and drink in Kendal. Factory Tap recommended for real ale.
