I have just finished a course of treatment for neck pain and tennis elbow with Harmanjeet, the pain has gone but need to continue with strengthening excercises

Eastbourne friendly outdoor bowling club. Very social club. Lots of laughs.

Lovely park with woodland walks, lots of Squirrels , waterfowl and wildbirds. Lovely children's playground. Lots of birdlife on the lake and Herons nesting in the trees.

Unfortunately the disabled toilet is not very pleasant. The ladies toilet is sometimes very untidy with tissue all over the floor. That's when they are open I should add. ... more
