Unfortunately the disabled toilet is not very pleasant. The ladies toilet is sometimes very untidy with tissue all over the floor. That's when they are open I should add. I have asked for someone to unlock the disabled toilet in the past because I didn't have my radar key and even though you can clearly see I am disabled they were unable to assist. A few years back they were well looked after and I was always met with kindness if I needed assistant. Unfortunately that is not the case anymore.

Awful experience today at the caf toilets, I have a disability which means I require the use of a toilet often, as I was walking towards the disabled toilets at the park today at 6pm, the staff were already locking them up, I asked politely if they could spare an extra 5 minutes before locking up for me to use the facility as I have a disability, the staff members laughed in my face and proceeded to lock the toilet up, I have never experience such discrimination with my disability or complete lack of empathy.

The biggest problem with these toilets is the shutting up and locking times. On many times the contractors lock these toiles up well before dusk and even more often before the Lakeside Tea Chalet Caf has shut. This applies to the Ladies, Gent's and disabled toilets. During daylight hours you cant rely on them being open at times after 3.30pm recently.

Nice enough set in a nice park. Not the best or worst but did the job.
