The tyres I ordered specifically had alloy rim protection as advertised on your site. Unfortunately for me the tyres I had fitted have no alloy rim protection.

I was served by Jonathon who was absolutely lovely and deserves a mention as so often the staff are miserable in shops and don't even say hello, but Jonathon was great.

I had gone in for a big service on my car, the broken back wiper blade was missed , tyres were not taken off to check brake pipes and pads , so what else was missed.

Some staff members clearly not suitable for customer facing role or need more training.
